    Our stock cakes are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, please take note of the text above the 'Add to Cart' button, as sometimes our stock cakes are sold out and need to be made to order. If a cake needs to be made to order, or if you've requested any substitutions or customisations, our lead time is 7-10 business days.

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake.

    Our products are shipped frozen and are shipped in a way that help them to remain as cool as possible upon arrival to ensure freshness. We always use a next-day delivery service to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.

    Cakes stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. For extended storage, freezing is recommended.
