    Read the information below for suggestions & tips to ensure we can make your pet's dream cake come to life. Then, place an order giving your detailed specifications.

  • 2. Finalise your order

    We'll check your specifications and email you with any questions to make sure we're on the same page. We'll then provide a quote and a payment link to complete your order.

  • 3. Into the kitchen

    We'll work our magic and create your cake, exactly as you imagined it. This can take up to 10 working days. We'll then post it out to you via a next-day delivery service.

We have a vast range of meat and veg to hand, but don't be scared to order something a little more unusual and we can source it for you. Remember, our cakes are layered, so ideally let us know what layers you'd like and the order of them. If you're unsure, we can suggest it for you.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake.

Our products are shipped frozen and are shipped in a way that help them to remain as cool as possible upon arrival to ensure freshness. We always use a next-day delivery service to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.

Cakes stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. For extended storage, freezing is recommended.
