We love customised orders and this is available for ingredients, flavours, and designs to cater to your pet's preferences and dietary needs, anything from cow foot to caviar. Bespoke orders can take longer so let us know what you’d like and we’ll always do our best to create something amazing for your pets fine dining experience.

We have a stock of products which are available for immediate dispatch, typically with a 2-3 working day of lead time. Although ready made options are available for same day dispatch, bespoke orders require a minimum of 10 business days for dispatch.

Our cakes and meals are safe for pets with allergies. Just let us know what they are allergic or sensitive to and we can exclude those ingredients where possible eg, chicken can be substituted for turkey, pork, lamb, fish or mince. Special requests for pets with allergies are accommodated, but it's recommended to consult your vet about your pet's specific needs before ordering.

Yes, cat specific cakes and meals are made with ingredients suitable for feline diets. These generally exclude fruit and vegetables or have a much lower fruit and vegetable content. They have a much smother and silkier texture which makes them almost irresistible for cats! Just let us know what ingredients and style you would like.
