Refunds
We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) when there is clear, demonstrable evidence of our processing error ie, if personalised items are mis spelt. Please make contact with us within 48 hours of delivery to inform of any issues. We will require photographic proof of errors in order to evaluate any issues raised.
Refunds are not offered for late or missing items when proof of postage, and/ or tracking is provided for items sent to you.
