Adored Pets Cuisine is proudly celebrating its most successful year at Crufts, with record-breaking sales, significant media attention, prestigious awards, and recognition from renowned experts and major brands. As the pioneers of handmade pet cakes that look good enough to eat, Adored Pets Cuisine is on a mission to shake up the pet food industry and offer a fine dining experience to pets nationwide.

Our appearance at Crufts 2025 in early March at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre was nothing short of spectacular. This year’s show was a sell-out, and with a bigger and better stand and lots of new & exclusive products, Adored Pets Cuisine garnered attention from dog lovers, celebrities and industry giants.

Sunday Times Praise: We were featured in an article published in The Sunday Times, quoted as “perhaps the pinnacle of canine indulgence”. National TV Coverage: We were featured on Channel 4’s official national coverage of Crufts 2025, for the second year running, with Clare Balding commenting on how good our cakes looked. Coolest Thing at Crufts Award by Paralympic Star Ellie Simmonds: As part of Channel 4’s Crufts coverage, Paralympic athlete and television presenter Ellie Simmonds declared us the “Coolest Thing at Crufts” and praised us for our innovation – which we proudly took to heart! First in Class Rosette: As a testament to our dedication to healthy pet dining, we were awarded the ‘First in Class’ rosette by the official Crufts’ partnership. BBC Radio Coventry Interview: Our founder, Kay Forbes, shared insights about our journey, brand and vision during a special BBC radio interview. Pet Retailer Partnerships: Some of the UK’s largest pet care retailers expressed an interest in partnering with us. One even said, “we already have our celebration range, but your range is far more artisan and amazing … we need to up our game!” New Products and Sell-Outs: We launched several new innovative products for Crufts, including our much-sought Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes, and our Wagyu Beef & Sweet Potato Cake Pops. Despite our best attempts at planning for the demand, we sold out multiple times over, prompting a major cook after the event each evening to replenish. Record-breaking Sales: Thanks in part to our nationwide media exposure and our unique yet enticing product range, we achieved our highest ever level of sales. From Luxury Department Stores to Independent Boutiques: Our stand attracted the attention of buyers, from local independent businesses to large nationwide department stores, who are interested in stocking our fine dining meals and fine dining treats for cats and dogs.

Our founder, Kay Forbes, said, “The overwhelming response and support at Crufts this year surpassed all of my expectations. I would like to thank our friends, neighbours and volunteers in the lead up to, and during, the show for their tireless support. Some of them travelled almost 2 hours to help spread the word about APC! The community support and feedback we received from customers and industry experts was incredible, and I am so grateful to everyone who helped make it a remarkable success. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and one that will be hard to top next year!”

We are one step closer in our mission to bring fine dining to every Adored Pet nationwide. We are excited about the future, as we form partnerships with retailers and hospitality businesses; expand our range with products for guinea pigs, rabbits, horses, and more; continue running events and pop-up shops; and launch new and innovative products like our Adored Pet Meal Boxes.
