Refunds

We offer a full refund (excluding delivery costs) when there is clear, demonstrable evidence of a processing error ie,  if personalised items are mis spelt.  Please make contact with us within 48 hours of delivery to inform us of any issues.

Refunds are not offered for late or missing items when proof of postage, and/ or tracking is provided. 

Order Cancellation

A minimum of 5 working days cancellation notice is required before the date of expected dispatch. Refunds for cancellations will not be processed after this time. Order cancellations cannot be processed after the item has been made and or dispatched.
